Let us help you get ready to go and lay the groundwork for a seamless getaway! We’ll ensure you have your documents in place and every plan confirmed, so you’re free to immerse yourself in the joy of discovery, the wonder of new experiences, and the relaxation of a well-deserved vacation.

A valid passport is required to enter and exit most foreign countries, including the United States, and it is always advised that you travel with a passport that expires at least six months after your trip. Exceptions include travel by cruise ships departing U.S. ports and sailing to Mexico and some Caribbean countries, where a U.S. birth certificate and photo ID may be accepted. Please note that not all Caribbean countries allow this exception. To confirm current travel requirements, please contact your travel advisor.

  • Required Documents

You can review required documents, including passports or visas, by searching your destination here or calling the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778.

  • Passports

Passports typically take 6-8 weeks for standard processing time, so it is recommended to apply in advance. For information on passport applications, please click here. There are some options to expedite a passport for an additional charge, but we recommend planning and preparing for this as much in advance of your vacation as possible.
